On the 19th of September, within the preparation to TB Forum 2020, a consultation meeting on the exchange of experience in the creation and operation of situational and dispatch centers between representatives of various industries will take place.
At the meeting "Situation centers: interindustry experience" it is planned to discuss real cases, taking into account industry specifics: transport and transport security facilities, urban infrastructure, industry, oil and gas, energy.
Topics to discuss:
- practical exchange of experience in the creation and operation of situational and dispatch centers between representatives of various industries;
- discussion of effective methods of situational management, processes of preparation and managerial decisions making;
- discussion of approaches and solutions for situational and dispatch centers;
- discussion of key tasks, basic approaches and actual problems of development of situational centers at enterprises.
