International service provider Orange Business Services started to deploy Smart Office solution in the head office of Linde Engineering company in Russia. Digitalization of a part of working processes will increase the efficiency of employees and will help to create comfortable conditions in the office. Thus, for example, Orange solution will let forward notifications quickly in IT department, administrative department, cleaning and catering services or other company departments through tablet PCs and QR codes located in key points of the office.
Orange team established all necessary equipment for working places, provided the territory with the internet and telephony and also implemented its own developments for smart office in the new office of Linde Engineering in the centre of Samara. Smart Office is a platform created by Orange with user-friendly interface.
"We were preparing to move to another office in the historical building in the centre of city for a long time, waiting for all innovations impatiently. Specialists from Orange organized the live translation of the event with help of Cisco Webex for our colleagues, who couldn’t come to the grand opening so everybody could feel his or her involvement regardless the geographical position, – said Alexey Shmakov, Linde Engineering Rus. – Orange smart decisions allow us to manage working processes effectively and to save time of employees who can concentrate on their direct tasks".
Within the deploy of platform, Orange also implemented tablet PCs in the zone of coffee machines, so employees could notify service providers about the lack of coffee, problems with techniques and other incidents. Implemented solutions let business to optimize working processes in the office: analyze, detect and remove problems with equipment in time, control cleaning service and other departments.
